Started in 1983 by brothers Richard G. Ford and Paul S. Ford, Regal Limousine Service has grown steadily from a single car operation to a thriving 40 car, 55-chauffeur transportation leader in New England. Regal is accessible nationwide, 24 hours per day.
Located in the southern New Hampshire Seacoast Region, Regal is conveniently situated along the 21-mile coastline located midway between Massachusetts to the south and Maine to the north. Regal's services extend from Portland, Maine to the South Shore of Massachusetts. Door to door private airport service is available for single passengers to groups of 30 or more. Conferences and corporate travel are a specialty. Package pickup and delivery is also available. Professional Regal Chauffeurs operate a fleet of sedans, stretch limousines, vans, and mini coaches for clients attending all types of sporting, theater, and concert events throughout all of the northeastern United States. Utilizing our stretch limousines, Regal conducts bridal coach service 300+ times annually. Regal has a diversified fleet of luxury vehicles, which are always in high demand for wedding, prom, birthday, anniversary and retirement celebrations. In 2001, Limousine and Chauffeured Transportation Magazine selected Regal Limousine Service as the top large limousine operator in the country. LCT Magazine is considered the premier trade publication in the chauffeured transportation industry. Management Team Richard Ford Richard G. Ford founded Regal Limousine Service of North Hampton NH in 1983. Today after 25 years in business, Regal Limousine Service boasts a fleet of approximately 40 vehicles consisting of sedans, vans, limousines, a stretch H2 Hummer and limo coaches. Richard believes in safely and strategically riding the wave of technology in order to provide the highest levels of customer service possible. Regal Limousine Service has received industry recognition as a model of Limousine Industry Entrepreneurship. Richard, and Regal Limousine Service, participates heavily in local and community organizations. In the spring 2002, Richard was elected to the position of President of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in New Hampshire. Richards's basic, down-to-earth, no-nonsense personality has made him a popular presenter at industry events and a respected author of trade journal articles. Richard has served as a board Member for the New England Livery Association, as a Committee Member for the National Limousine Association, and is a participant in an industry Success Group Organization. Rather than looking at other businesses and duplicating their practices, Richard charges his staff with "thinking outside the box," and finding innovative and creative ways to improve the business. Richard Ford believes that success comes through perseverance and by surrounding yourself with a good and talented staff. Paul Ford Paul S. Ford is Senior Vice President overseeing finance and strategic marketing. He sits on the Board of Directors of the New England Livery Association serving as Events Chairman. Paul founded Regal Limousine Service in 1983 along with Richard G. Ford, President. Dee Dee Ford Dee Dee Ford is Vice President and CFO. Dee Dee joined the company in 1986, during its third year of operation. In her capacity as CFO, Dee Dee directly oversees and manages the bookkeeping and accounting staff. She also oversees company spending, disbursements, collections, human resource issues and all insurance programs. Dee Dee serves as the owner representative on the Regal Limousine Service Safety Committee and Collision Review Board. Wayne Cipullo Wayne Cipullo is the General Manager for Regal Limousine Service. As General Manager, oversees the general strategic and tactical operation of the company including sales and marketing, and human resources. Wayne has a 30-year history in the hospitality industry and has held various responsibilities in hotels, resorts, country clubs, and conference centers throughout the country. Wayne began with Regal in December of 1999. Don Libby Don Libby has been involved in the limousine industry for the past 15 years. He has worked in every facet of the ground transportation industry from chauffeuring, management and even accounting. Before being employed at Regal He worked as the General Manager of Feliciano Limousine for ten years. He graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Hesser College in 2001. Currently he holds the position of Director of Operations at Regal Limousine Service. He is responsible for all day-to-day activities within the reservations, maintenance and dispatch departments. He is also responsible for the companies IT, computer networking, web and online reservation development. Industry Involvement Regal Limousine Service has always been a leader in the industry. Members of the management team have been active and continue to be active in the National Limousine Association and New England Livery Association. Richard Ford is a past board member of the New England Livery Association (NELA) and has previously been a committee member for the National Limousine Association (NLA). Paul Ford is a current member of the board of NELA. Key managers attend annual trade conferences and have developed and presented training seminars at various conferences. Community Relations All Regal employees understand the importance of the company's relationship to community. Many staff members are involved in civic organizations and Regal maintains memberships in the Boston, Portsmouth, Hampton, and Newburyport Chambers of Commerce. Training Regal chauffeurs are required to attend approximately forty hours of training before they are certified to transport customers. During their probationary period, all chauffeurs are required to attend a National Safety Council certified DDC-8 Defensive Driving class, also taught in-house. Additionally, chauffeurs attend various customer service and specialty service training. Safety The safety of employees and customers is of primary concern to Regal Limousine Service. Careful attention is paid to safe working conditions both on the road and in the office. Regal Limousine Service is a member of the National Safety Council and develops and implements training, support, and polices to keep safety in the forefront. |
